Optimisation of Xylanase–Pectinase Cocktail Production with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ADI2 Using a Low-Cost Substrate via Statistical Strategy

چکیده

An effective statistical tool for increasing and boosting the production of xylanase pectinase by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ADI2 during submerged fermentation (SmF) appears to be response surface methodology (RSM) using central composite design (CCD). Optimum was achieved under conditions a temperature 28 °C, pH 8.38, inoculum size 4% (w/v) agitation speed 94 rpm 48 h. The experimental responses demonstrated near agreement with expected optimum independent variables, suggesting model’s validity. optimised CCD model had 1.34-fold, 159 ± 6 U/mL greater 5.96-fold, 205 9 than one factor at time (OFAT) approach. concurrent enzymes xylanase–pectinase resulted in ratio 1:1.3.
